I called IRCC last week and spoke to an agent, she was the one that confirmed that security is the only outstanding stage left.

Absolutely no communication ser. Every web form I sent, I get replied generic useless answers. I've got no words to describe my frustration. I should've stayed away honestly and I'm having so many doubts now if I should move to a country that treats people like this. First, they invite us, then they treat us like shits.

The time period was 6 months when my sister started the process . Now it’s been like 21 months , almost 2 years . Her marriage is coming on Jan 23 I need to use that security money for her wedding useless 2 years . So done with this PR processing . Seems like they are holding our process for our money . No communications and now the website is saying 27 months .

Guys, this is so frustrating. In the news ircc says they expecting to process 80% of applications with the service period (which is 6months for us) but I don't see any improvements yet.
