I had thought the same but had consultation with Mark Holthe recently & he had pointed that it should be done by 2023 itself. He added lot of his clients have already got pr
I hope that is really the case.
Did you make any changes to Schedule A when asked to fill again?
At first, not really. I gave them as much information as possible, adding the passport stamps.
Then the day after, I remembered a trip to the States. So I sent a webform with this info as well.
I submitted a PDF with a month by month breakdown of my locations over the last 12 years.
It depends from officer to officer. This person already sent the lease and bills. But the program assistant sent the file for additional review mentioning that he is not satisfied with the intent to leave Quebec. So, that's why I asked him to provide other proofs to satisfy them.
What I did in total was enough.
I submitted my resignation letter, proof of address, information that the address is my sister's, proof that I could register as an Engineer in my new province, etc. It was a short letter but all proofs were attached.
I've a question, if ircc sends you a procedural fairness letter. Is it under the security phase or Criminality?
It means that they want to deny your application. Did you forget a work permit or study permit refusal? Did you forget a visa refusal (to any other country). Did you forget a trip to another country??
Hi everyone, so I just got an email asking for PCC and payment receipt (I had withdrawn this application since it had a few mistakes while I filled the forms). I already have one application with full payment and additional documents submitted (details in my signature).
Should I ignore this email and withdraw this application since I got AOR for it in July and doc request just today?
I suggest you submit the receipt and payment. They may be about to approve or at least request some documents.

According to IRCC's last budget earlier this year, it looked like the plan was to clear the last TR2PR applications in 2023, or at least the numbers that had been processed in 2021 and the remaining budgeted for 2022 & 2023 seemed to add up to the approximate 90,000+ applications. BUT, then they extended the validity of OWP under TR2PR to a maximum of Dec 31, 2024, leading many to believe that IRCC might be planning to still be processing applications into 2024. Perhaps a clearer answer will be in the new budget. It's supposed to be released by November 2022. We might have a better indication of their plans soon.
The new plan is out today for 2023-2025. All remaining TR to PRs are to be finalized in 2023. There are no forecasted numbers in 2024 or 2025.

Specifically, TR to PR is the 'Economic/Federal Economic Public Policies' line item per Footnote 2.

Sat for a PR application workshop at my school hosted by the IRCC. Funnily, the IRCC reps didn't even want to answer any of my questions on the TR to PR pathway applications

In February 2022, their forecast was as follows:
Federal Economic Public PoliciesFootnote 2 | 2022
Target 40,000 |
Low 30,000 | High 48,000 | 2023
32,000 | Low 25,000 | High 42,000

You will notice that the most recent Nov 2022 target for 2023 (25,000) is now lower than the older Feb 2022 forecast for 2023 (32,000) but I cannot say for sure if that's because they anticipate completing more PR applicants (the higher range for 2022) before the end of 2022, or if they anticipate more rejections. Anyone with more insight?
Good Day Folks,
How come there are no document requests, GU or approvals this and last week?

Why ? what is the reason they weren't ?
Hi guys, just trying to clarify a trend I saw here.
Does it mean that anyone who applied for Tr-pr (IG) stream with a one year program gets a rejection?
I applied may 7th 2021 and got my AOR April 5th and ADR April 7th which was submitted on the same day. Haven’t heard back since then.
Called ircc a couple of time, and they keep saying my file is in progress. Please answers will be much appreciated. Thank you
It can even be eligibility or medical or falsification, depends on your case
I did flaggpolling in 2019 and did not mention it in the records as it was mere for the purpose of obtaining coop work permit. I've hired a lawyer for the PFL. With hearing people are getting their applications rejected, I'm concerned. Please wish me luck!! Thank you.

Yes I did flaggpolling in 2019 but did not mention it as it was not official refusal. The purpose of this was to obtain coop work permit. I've hired lawyer to represent on this. I appreciate your response.
