Hey everyone. Need help please.
On the same attached document for my test, I got the request of additional documents. They are asking for every page of my passport. However it was sent together with the whole package when I applied. Is it like the standard thing or should I send it again?

Are you a paper applicant? It's not a standard thing but happens mostly to online applicant as they upload only the biographical page.

What does background check complete mean? Will you be required to provide any passport documents or fingerprint at a later date? Does background checks complete mean that you don’t have to worry about fingerprints or passport verification?

You won't get any fingerprint requests but all pages of passport will be requested. If you haven't provided all pages they'll most likely ask for it later.

I don't think so, it might only confuse them even if you give it. In rare cases they ask to see new passports then you can give it, 99% of the time it's not requested.

Please I would like to ask if the change in date in the top right corner (after logging in) means a "Ghost Update"? It used to be April 25 but now reads October 21.

How long would it typically take to see any changes on the portal? Is a 10 day gap "normal"?

I applied March 14 with AOR April 12

yes, that's the ghost update - if only the date changes but nothing else has changed on the tracker.

Usually you see the actual updates wihtin 2-3 days of the ghost update but some ghost updates are just that, they don't end up changing anything else.

But a lot of applications filed around your date and weren't touched are seeing rapid progress these days so you can expect something.

Also, Language, Physical and Prohibitions are shown as In Progress [they were always such after AOR] and Test and Ceremony as Not Started.

Given your timelines test invite should be within a month (if not much sooner) at the current pace.

They will work on the other three items once you finish the test.

Sometimes ghost updates do not lead to actual updates but they've clearly prioritized late 2021/early 2022 online applications. So if you're one of them chances are you will get something. But if you don't get anything for like a week or so then you might have to wait longer.

Also the tracker is updated only once a day at 6am Eastern. I understand if you're still checking more frequently.

Typically that is true however due to a system wide change in October everyone’s tracker got a changed date due to the system update. Nothing was updated to indicate progress with specific applications.
