Hello Everyone. I am not sure if there is a similar thread tracking test takers outside of Canada.

AOR: July 6th.
Test date Sept 27th
Test completed: October 7th.
Processing office: Calgary.
BC: Completed Aug 25th.
Prohibition: in progress
Physical Presence : in progress
Language: in progress
Oath: not started.


I have read that those who took the exam outside Canada experienced significant delays. This thread will help us track our timeline and compare with those who took their test in Canada.

I am in a similar (Outside Canada) situation, applied online in March 2022, AOR in April 2022, got my BG Completed on October 25, 2022 and received test invitation on October 27, 2022 (Window: Oct 31 - Nov 21, 2022).

I passed my test from Outside Canada on November 1, 2022 and until now my online tracker is still showing test in progress / 'waiting on you'.

What do you think would happen in our situation? Any idea?

I am so stressed not knowing what will happen next. Some people here in this forum mentioned that my file will be put on hold until I return back. Please advise what should I do next.

From feedback here, there's a delay when you take your exam from outside Canada.

Just keep your fingers crossed.

My test was updated to completed after 12 days or so.

Same issue.... some people tested in Canada but the haven't got their test result updated as well.

It is quite poor system that you never expect or know what will happen next

They put my file on hold for 6 months until I returned! They just don't wanna admit it!

Hi all, whats the average wait from passport pages request to All others steps to completed ?? Any idea ?
I gave test on oct 23rd, i got passport request and submitted all documents requested by December 7th. Now waiting for next steps.
