I am a Corporate Lawyer by profession and have been practicing since 2018.
I started my job with XYZ firm in June 2018, worked there till August 2019 and then went for my Post Graduate education to the UK.
I returned to my home country in October 2020 and was lucky enough to join XYZ firm again as soon as I returned. Till this date I am working with the same law firm however I am very confused as to years of experience.
Will CIC calculate this as 3+ years of Experience even though I was studying full-time for one year.
Would greatly appreciate some insight and feedback.
