Have IRCC started accepting Online Family Application?

Yes, we were able to submit a group application online. Not sure when they started accepting it though. I had created the group application roughly a month ago.

Were you able to register for your tracker account? I was having similar issues and still the same message. Just raised a web form myself.

Yes it started to work for me the next day. Maybe give it some time.

Yes, family or group of adults starting end of August 2022. Families with minors (< 18) still need to apply on paper

I'm assuming that's what the new "party id" is for? All the UCIs will be under the same party id?

I don't think so, didn't see anything like that on the application portal.

Now a days, 4-5 weeks

Right now online applicants (single) have been receiving AOR faster. Since Hurricane Fiona, lots of paper applicants and online adult group applicants since end of September are still waiting for AOR. It may take some time until they catch up.
