Review started: 22nd September

Called to Request Escalation: October 13th

Information Letter: October 15th (Denied my request to escalate)

PPR: October 21st

Hi Guys, I applied for TRV on Oct. 1, and the eligibility review has not started yet.
It seems it approximately takes 25~45 days to get PPR, but not starting the eligibility review really worried me as I have to go back to my home country soon.
Can somebody in a similar situation please let me know if it is normal? Thank you

Btw how did you request escalation?

I called the agent and he was like yes your application has exceeded normal processing time. He was kind enough to do it himself lol. But that escalation was turned down by IRCC and almost 10 days later I got PPR

I called at around 11 AM Eastern Time and waited for almost 46 minutes

I applied on paper on Sep 9th, received on Sep 13th as someone in thread said paper faster than online during the time. review started almost month ago. no PPR yet..
