PR Card Renewal & New - 2022 Processing Timeline

When I called IRCC, on 26th September, they told me it had been mailed out. I received it a week later on 3rd October.

Lucky you, whenever I try to call them, they disconnect my call saying there are high number of calls and cannot direct my call in the queue. It's been a month trying so far, no luck.

my status has changed to Decision Made. Hopefully it will be mailed out soon.

I called them today, they said they haven’t started processing photoes received in August yet, my parents sent photoes in september, they said no update on it

My application was submitted on Aug 22.
Still waiting for an AOR.
From what I see above, seems like many aren't receiving an AOR anymore?

Update:
Got my AOR today Oct 14th by email.
Checked status- processing

Hello everyone, I am new here. I've been under stress lately and very anxious about my renewal pr card application. I submitted my application last June 8, 2022, got an e-mail confirmation from IRCC last July 22, 2022. I tried linking my application but no application found. I also tried checking the status of my application online but still no application found. Tried many different ways to link and search, but found nothing. Is there anyone here who also applied on June 8, 2022? Any updates? I'm worried that IRCC might have lost my application. I've sent them several web forms but the response I always get from them is "we're processing blah blah..." "check your application online blah blah...." and nothing about the status of my application. I even requested for an urgent processing because I will be preparing for my wedding outside Canada and the only response I got was " we've forwarded your document to responsible office." And that was it.

Yes. I tried using the application number in the email I received from the IRCC (starts with R followed by numbers) still nothing, no application was found.

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on September 16, 2022.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 13, 2022.
3. We started processing your application on October 13, 2022.
4. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on October 12, 2022. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at an IRCC office.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on October 14, 2022.

So it took them approx 28 days from receiving to approval.
It seems paper based application is a little bit faster than online at this stage.

Hi, I am a Permanent Resident and Foreign National(India), residing in Canada. (Ontario)

I renewed my India passport and I have changed my name to use my husband's last name. Also, I added my husband's first name to my given names.

I am now applying to renew the PR Card to align with my new name.

Per the instruction guide from IRCC, we need to provide a Provincial ID in the name requested. I have an Ontario Photo card with an old name. Can I change the name on my Ontario Photo card with just my new passport since it has a link to my old name? Do I need any additional documents to support the name change?

I applied online on 4th oct 2022, status only shows "submitted". and processing time shows 91 days.

For me 90 days are up and still nothing My current PR card will expire in 2 weeks and I also need to travel in Dec. Not ideal for peace of mind to put it nicely.
