For Express Entry, you need ECA and IELTS. If you have those, then you can submit a profile. Assume you ar eligible with CLB 7 for IELTS.

Can I got a job offer as a pharmacist trainee ?
What will that do for you? A job offer doesn’t let you work in Canada nor give you extra CRS points. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. There are so many pharmacists in Canada, I doubt you could get a LMIA.

Only pharmacist trainee jobs available are part of licensing to be a pharmacist. You will need to have pass licensing exams first. You should be aware that Canada has a surplus of pharmacists. It will be difficult to get a work permit as a pharmacy technician because it doesn’t not match your education or work history.

You can do both or either. Some prefer to take the licensing exam to see if they can pass it before coming to Canada. You should make sure you can get a TRV before applying to take the exam. Some attempt both at the same time because it is not uncommon to fail the licensing exams and have to repeat them and depending on your CRS score it could take a long time to get accepted to immigrate via FSWP. What is your CRS score?
