Dont worry. It took only two weeks to approve my wife's TRV, it took additional 3 weeks for passport processing, dont worry. IRCC is a wonderland
Sorry mate. I think you may need to change your travels. It can take more than 2wks to get it back. Mine took 3 wks to get it back.

Lol Not wonderland its disneyland or much worser Mystery land
Amazing reading, thank you ! recommend to all reading it and informing around. One good example is "ApplyBoard". Obviously who pays more comes up first in your search in their web. I had admission from 5 Ontario public school and this web site brought up none, most probably because they would not pay them to appear in search. This company raised 100 Million dollars funding few years ago when it was nothing but a web site to search through colleges and universities. That explains how much money flows in this industry !
Commercialization!!
You need to send a webform but do it when you get your new passport. Attach the scanned version to a webform enquiry and let them know that you've extended your passport.
Thanks
@SmzAmir for being helpful, as always!
● Eligibility is checking your application against the criteria of the stream that you have applied under.
● Background check is the general term for criminality, info sharing, and security check.
- Criminality is checking your criminal records in your home country (using the PCC), and in Canada (using your biometrics in RCMP database).
- Info sharing is checking your crime records with Canada partener countries: Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States.
- Security check is checking your personal history (personal history question of imm5669) with CSIS.
Thanks for your reply. I really appriciate.

Your delay is probably related to previous spousal refusals. That’s why they maybe unnecessarily stretching it. But you’re almost there now

"Barefly have any" (military and/or govt experience) means you do have some ?
Certain files maybe delayed just based on luck.
I believe Its based on multiple varaibles, such as officer assigned, background Info from your home country or from the Info Sharing countries plus other things.
Its best to forget about it, as difficult as it maybe, and then one day be pleasantly surprised when one gets the approved email.
