It is not just about applying with your spouse, it is your program too. You need GCMS notes because again you have a Masters so you are not expanding on your career and education.

One more thing, My IELTS is GENERAL. Can this also be the reason?

No. IELTS general is accepted for SDS.

Alright, Actually I just had words with one agent he said , General is not accepted...
But my case is SDS only

Agent is wrong.

have a language test result that shows either:

• an International English Language Testing System (IELTS) academic or general training score of 6.0 or higher in each skill (reading, writing, speaking and listening), or

I sometimes wish I had the gall of these people/companies who charge so much money to give such bad advice that directly contradict information clearly stated on the IRCC website. In the few months I’ve been on this forum I’ve seen way too many applicants face potential five-year bans for errors made by agents.

True, I was thinking for ielts ACADEMIC after that agents word. But Now I will repeat same IELTS general.

It may take more time but you save money, you know what you are submitting and signing, and your documentation is correct. For study permits, what a lot of people don't know is that agents receive "kick-backs" from colleges for getting a student to apply to that school.

Why do you need to repeat the test? Has it expired? If your refusal reason states doesn't meet language requirements, then why repeat.

It's going to expire in December 2022. However, I'm reapplying in few days.

I had the displeasure of attending a “Study in Canada” event arranged by an unscrupulous agent in my country. Only one college gave a talk I got several calls and emails from their local representative for weeks after the event encouraging me to apply to their college because I was supposedly a good fit After that experience, I knew we had to do it on our own.

Assume you are changing programs? If not what are you changing in your application without GCMS notes.
