HEllo all, I just got an adr to pay right of permanent residence fee and to refill my schedule A form, but I do not know where to pay. Can someone please share a link with me if it's possible to pay online. Thanks.
Hi, did the ADR mention right of permanent resident fee, or did they ask for a payment receipt with a specific amount? And how long did they said you have to make the payment?

Hi everyone, please I need help and advise. I applied for a work permit extension since February 24th. My current work permit expired on June 9th. It’s 7 months and I haven’t heard a single thing from IRCC. I no longer have OHIP, I need to travel to see my dad, but my visiting visa application was canceled because I don’t have a legal status in Canada. Im sick and frustrated as I don’t know what else to do. I have called several times, they say it’s still in process. I’ve sent multiple web forms. Someone mentioned contacting the local MP. Please how can I contact them? Please does anyone have their contact information, or a directory I can find it from? I stay in Mississauga Ontario. Please help me, I’m mentally drained and it’s affecting my physical health already.
If you are out of status, then you have to apply for restoration. At the same time, apply (not for OWP extension, but) for Tr to Pr based WP. Google the procedure and the requirements for it. You first have to get your status restored. I think you can do both, but since this is a slippery slope you should consult an immigration lawyer. Those whose paperwork is in order, should get a temporary WP (from tr to pr) after application, as their actual application is being processed, unless they filed it wrong or dont meet the requirements. You shouldn't be staying in Canada with an invalid status. So first apply for resotoration of status, and the WP based on Tr to Pr.

I don't think Joy has an 'invalid' status and that she has the right to stay in Canada under legally 'maintained' status as she awaits the processing of her application in process. But perhaps I'm missing a key detail? If I'm reading her details correctly, she has applied for an extension to her work permit long before the current one expired, which should put her into 'maintained' status while she waits for her application to be processed. Her last valid status allowed her to work so under 'maintained' status she would still be able to work (but unfortunately travel re-entry & provincial healthcare are lost). In the meantime, she also has a TR to PR application in process, which (if she had valid status at the time of submission) also allows her to stay in Canada until it's processed. Anyone with anything to add on the matter of her current status?

Regardless, I agree that she should be following up with her MP on her existing applications with some urgency, and also applying for the OWP under the TR to PR Pathway for good measure.

Strange timing, I wonder why they released this now.

Speaking of that, I applied for TR2PR and been waiting since May 6. Received AOR and request to upload PPC and ADR but haven't heard anything since 4 months.

Is it legal to create a new IRCC GCKey account/profile and apply to Canadian Experience Class? I have high CRS score and meet all requirements and I assume since TR2PR is not considered Express Entry then that should be allowed.

Any help would be great!

You can apply for more than one PR stream as long as you are eligible. As of today, IRCC doesn't have a policy in place to restrict individuals from having only one PR application.

Thanks! I wanted to know if creating another IRCC account and apply from there is OK? because I cannot apply to EE - CEC from my original IRCC account as my TR2PR application is in process.

Yes but I am not sure if its OK to create another IRCC profile and apply to EE - CEC on top of my other profile that has TR2PR app in process.
Also, in the CIC News link above it seems that immigration officers might not give a decision on an application until one is withdrawn, which might mean the process is going to get longer (but maybe more secure for applicant).

I am almost certain that you can do this. Some people did the reverse. They had an active EE profile before applying for the TR2PR program.

Good day to all,
My concern is I have applied TR to PR essential non healthcare program on May26, 2021. No response was received until I linked my application randomly in Jan 2022 and received email at the same day by CPC Sydney to upload PCC.
After uploading PCC in Jan , there was only one update on my profile that the uploaded supporting document is now under review, in March 2022.
No updates after that until now. In my profile under view submitted or upload documents, I saw that the Optional Documents section is there and its required date October 2022. I cannot find the slot to upload documents here and since I have changed my job and personal information I would like to upload few updated documents. Can anyone help me out how can I upload it in a timely manner? I tried opening webform but need guidance which enquiry I have to choose in my case. thanks

That's client information is just a technical glitch. Unless you don't receive any message/ADR request, you don't have to upload anything there.

My recent experience with Webform response times: 7 weeks.

I submitted a letter on Aug 4 by webform to support a correction to my Study permit (on campus work only to off campus work permitted) and got a webform reply on Sept 21 that it had been received but was no longer required because, by the time they actually read it, my Study permit had already been corrected to allow off-campus work.
