Wow! I was a little concerned. It seems others are having similar experience.

Why was it returned

I sent only passport and PR card as personal IDs for my kids. I didn't realize you could use a non-photo ID. I re-sent application with their health cards included and that worked.

Hi, can you advise if you had to include all pages of your passport for last 5 years and how you did that in the online application. They offer only limited MB for uploading documents, so uploading 2 passports in color seems challenging in 4MB.

we applied online on Aug 29th as a group. Still no sign of AOR or any return from IRCC. Anyone else in the same boat?

Quick question: we changed my son's name since we came to Canada. When we submitted the application, we did specify that his name was changed on the application and we attached the name change confirmation document as requested. When I log in to check the application status, they show his old name as on the CoPR and not the new one. Do I need to do anything about it or it's not an issue and it will be the right name for the citizenship?

Better call IRCC and get it confirmed that the system is using the new name, else it will be a problem if his citizenship certificate gets generated with the old name.

I submitted my group application online on the same day(Aug 29), still haven't received AOR or anything from IRCC regarding my application. Have you received your AOR?
