I got Temporary File no (TFN) today, after I requested through IRCC web form. My details as follows:
AR: 29th March, 2022
TFN: 6th July, 2022.
What is the importance of TFN?

Quick Google search: "Keep in mind a temporary file number means IRCC has not initiated processing of your application. Consequently, don’t give yourself high hopes at this time."

Hi want to ask on what basis you asked for tfn like you asked for changing address or something

I did upfront medicals and sent the medical slips through webform, after 2 weeks I recieved an email that the documents are well recieved and a temporary file no has been generated for me. So i have the temporary file no now.

After receiving a nomination, I submitted my paper-based Canada PR application to IRCC in January 2022, more than six month completed still I did not receive AOR, usually how many month it will take to get AOR and complete PR process?
