Please I apply for my H&C in June 2022 and I received my AOR in July but since then have not been alot to login into the ECAS Please any advice.thanks

Yes ecas never worked for any of our 3 HC applications. Only phone status update worked. For whatever reason they could not link it to our UCI.

But it's just saying we are processing your background check pls what does that mine

It is just a standard message indicating that your file is in process. It will stay like that until a decision is made on your file. If they send you anything, it will say "we sent you medical forms etc."
