  • Jul 28 - online application
  • Aug 5 - eligibility review started
  • Aug 19 - PPR + passport sent
  • Aug 23 - passport received by CPC Ottawa

I've been refreshing gckey website all day today, expecting the counterfoil to be issued. I have to postpone my trip unfortunately.

Did you hear from them yet?
 
Unfortunately not. I have almost exactly the same time as you. PPR August 19. Passport received august 23rd. Nothing until now

Yeah they're obviously understaffed and don't seem to care about it. I am just trying to figure out if adding another 7 days would be enough, because some unlucky folks here have been waiting for over a month.
 
Hopefully tomorrow we hear some good news.
