I did complaint on that link provided, Couple of weeks ago & received couple of email responses (summary - i have to wait till they assign a person to look into my complaint)
Is there any one who got positive response after the complaint on GCMS delay ?!

I'm in Ottawa but I'm not sure what my processing office is. The passport page request came from Hamilton. How do you know yours is Niagara Falls?

The email that your test invite came from, as well as GCMS notes, indicate your processing office. Both were Niagara Falls for me all along even though I am also in Ottawa.
Your timeline looks too fast to be Ottawa, the slowest office in the country. I suspect you are also Niagara Falls, but you'd have to check your test email or GCMS notes to know for sure.
It appears also that Niagara Falls is doing oath for people living in or processed by many other offices in Ontario. Let us know when you get the oath invite email, which will also indicate the office. I haven't received it, but it's still pretty early for us as we're still almost 3 weeks out and normally the email from Niagara Falls comes 1-2 weeks in advance.

Thanks! Wow I just checked my email and the oath letter is there, just arrived a few minutes ago! Wasn't expecting to receive it this far in advance. Hope this is a positive sign for a smooth remainder of the process.

Got my ATIP notes. It still says security screening pending. The only update is that my office is now changed from Scarborough to Vancouver. It says TRF workload redistribution. Office was changed on June 1st lol

That seems to be a good sign that your office has been changed to Vancouver. Vancouver seems to be one of the faster offices. But that is a bummer that your security screening is still pending. That's where people can get stuck for a long time, and I don't think there is much you can do besides follow up every couple months or so
I'd say that's a good problem to have
