I sent the paper-based application on 13 July, received it by IRCC on 18 July, and linked my application on 4 august. till then no update.

I have sent trv by mail on Aug 2 and it delivered Ottawa on Aug 3. Still I couldn’t link my application in gc key account. Is anyone facing same problem?
