IRCC London received documents on 4th July.
But no updates after that.

Damn. IRCC London received our documents on 11th July. Do you think we'll hear anything by end of this month?

I had the same thing on April 4th. Medical also changed to: we are reviewing your medical results.

Hey what happened? Does it changed? Did you receive PPR?

This is as worst as it can get. I have completed 45 days of reception of passport by IRCC but no updates yet.
