In my opinion, you will get reply soon on your application dated 20 April 2022 because number of people getting results with the similar timeline. Therefore, no need to apply through new portal but to wait, decision is yours. Regards

Submitted on 24 June
Biometrics 26 June
Husbands biometrics updated on 26 June and mine on 10 August.
Eligibility review started on 11 August.

I applied in April and nothing yet. Asked to re-do/update Biometrics and paid for it, no letter yet. Nothing!
I also paid medical insurance in full that cost >$5k, nothing yet. It's going to waste if nothing happens before effective date!

Got a reply from my MP's office today. Even they haven't received any reply from IRCC yet. They said that IRCC is currently replying to 6th July queries and we submitted our query on 27th July. So it will take almost another month for IRCC to reply.

Don’t make any other reservations untill the visa has been issued.
