When did your eligibility started
not sure, I applied via gc key
I would suggest to not take any chances and submit updated insurance asap.
Hello Everyone , I have applied for Supervisa on July 26th. Not sure how long does it take for the medical request to receive. However , I was able to get the medical appointment ? Would it be okay to go for this appointment and if its okay to update them on the medical via Webform ? Does Physicians direct it to CIC directly ? Any help would be appreciated .
HI, wondering if someone else have the same timeline:
Applied : Jun1, 2022
Biometrics submitted and updated : Jun 09/2022.
Medical was upfront but is not updated on the file.
Waiting
Now the insurance thing happened - hoping to raise the webform by today or tomorrow.

Thank you for your interest in coming to Canada. I have reviewed your temporary resident visa (visitor visa) application and supporting documentation to assess whether you meet the requirements for a visitor visa (
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/visit-canada/eligibility.html). This includes assessing whether you are coming to Canada temporarily for the reason(s) you describe in your application. I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) (
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/I-2.5/index.html) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR) (
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/sor-2002-227/index.html). I am refusing your application.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR (
https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/regulations/SOR-2002-227/section-179.html). I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will leave Canada, based on the following factors:
• Medical insurance has NOT been paid in full.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Oh no...Please sign the petition right away -

Also re-apply right away.
IRCC is trying to send out mass refusals so their work load goes down and timer is reset for all Super Visa applications. Also they get double fees. So essentially IRCC is going to have 135 + 135 days to process each Super Visa application. They are being very sneaky and from what I can see most rejections are coming from India.
SOME ONE START PETITION ON SUPER VISA REFUSAL DUE TO MEDICAL INSURANCE STUFF ..... PLEASE SIGN THIS PETITION

Anyone thinking of withdrawing and re-applying or should we wait for the webforms we have sent to VACs?
