I would advise replying to the test email and ask the status of the application. After 3.5 months of waiting, I did the same and the next day, my process was all complete except oath. After 2 days, they scheduled me for oath as well. Not sure if this was a coincidence or the email worked but doesn't hurt to try. I read about similar occurrences in this forum and decided to email them.
I finally got an oath ceremony date today after a month and a half since decision made. I weirdly received the email with the oath instruction even though the tracker shows "Citizenship ceremony- not started".
Updates:
Prohibitions, Physical Presence, Language completed: June 2, 2022
ECAS: IP to Decision Made: June 2, 2022
Oath ceremony invite received - July 18, 2022
Oath ceremony - July 26, 2022
My final update: I received my certificate today. It was mailed out on July 26th (same date as my oath). I'm just happy this process didn't take 27 months as advertised. All the best to everyone in this group !!!

Thanks! It was with Halifax office. Based on my gcms notes, my file was moved from the St. John's office to Halifax in March, and that's when I started seeing movements (like test invite).
Hello,
I received an invitation to oath ceremony on july 16th. I was unfortunately outside of canada, so replied the the email right away to inform them that i won't be able to attend and reschedule. I've had no response since. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to be scheduled, once again, for a ceremony? should be registered with the Montréal Office.

PS - Make sure you renew all of your photo ID with signature (driver's license, health card) before you cut your pr card.
citizenship certificate is just a piece of paper and you cannot travel with that. you cannot prove that you are you.
I failed today to apply for Canadian Passport because the only ID I had were My foreign passport and the quebec health card without photo and signature
and expired drivers license.

When you return back to Canada, you have to email the same email I’d you sent the reschedule request to with a scan of your passport arrival stamp and request for a reschedule date. They respond very fast with a reschedule date usually within 1 month of sending the email. Hope this information helps.
I've completed my test in March and it was marked complete on 29th March. No update afterwards Is there anyone who has no update after their test?
I applied for GCMS notes today. I've read that a few people got their GCMS notes after 25-30 days. Some never got it. So, I am not very hopeful.
I have no idea which office is processing my application because I never received any update that I was scheduled for the test nor the test link. I had to write to a generic email id to get the test link after 2 days into my test window, so you can guess how "efficient" my application processing office is.
What do you guys suggest I do?
Congratulations for everyone who have received the citizenship or very close to getting it.
