Hi, Can someone provide brief explanation about info sharing. Coz i called yesterday to ircc and got to know that my file is in whitehorse, my eligibility and info sharing in progress. I am also confused that are they actual process my file or he gave me just positive hope.

GCMS is an acronym for Global Case Management System. Both CBSA and IRCC use it. If you order your GCMS notes from the CBSA you will get them quicker than if you ordered them from IRCC.

Mine is from January and I have the same officer looking my file. Good luck for all, but I really think that we should gater information on how many people is stuck with the same ircc officer and bring this to public.

I agree. I've opened a thread. Let's get posting on there and find out how many people are having a problem and then look at what we can do to fix that problem.

Please let us know if it is officer SM10353, as there are a lot of Jan/Feb AOR recipients who have this officer orocessing their applications and are experience delays.

I think many people have become aware of this trick. So, people are calling the PR card line or citizenship and then asking them to transfer the call.
