I got my eCOPR today in the early morning and went straight away to Service Canada to get my new SIN number (PR card not needed). My PR journey ends here. Thank you so much for all your valuable information. This group rocks!

My timeline can be viewed in my signature.

I feel great for you and congratulation, you are very lucky to get the approval by quick.

I recently got a letter from IRCC:

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for the processing of your application to continue, the following document(s) are required:
> Submissions: Please upload all requested submissions on this line. (Please send a letter of explanation stating your intention to reside outside the province of Quebec and your current residential address.) This must be received at this office by: 2022/08/XX
> Income, proof: Proof of income including paystubs showing compulsory deductions of Company. This must be received at this office by: 2022/08/XX
> Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature with updated personal, address and travel history since the age of 18 with no gaps in addresses or activities. In addition, ensure that you provide responses to all Statutory Questions as well as additional explanations for all statutory questions which you have provided a response of 'Yes'. Ensure that you provide personal history from 10-2019 to present. This must be received at this office by: 2022/08/XX

 The requested information/document(s) must be received within 7 days from the date of this letter.

Any advice?
I intend on submitting proof of income from CRA, as well as all pay stubs for 2020 & 2021. I recently left this job, though, although I earn more in the new job. Should I submit this too?
I intend to write that I plan on moving to a new province, where family resides. That this is partly why I left the previous job, so that I can leave more easily.
Not sure why they're asking for IMM 5669 as nothing has changed. Any ideas? EDIT: I think I will add all passport pages since age 18 to the letter of explanation.

Fraser has no shame. Despite being a 1st World Minister, he has characteristics of some 3rd World’s corrupt Minister. Seems like all the money from applications just keeps getting dumped into Pictou county & nothing seems to be done to tc of backlogs

1. Yes, it is one of the eligibility criteria that you have to prove your intent to live outside of Quebec. It may result in refusal if you don't satisfy the officer. May be you can provide your employer's job letter which states that your employer is in Ontario, sign a temporary lease for 6 months, bank statements, driving license, etc. If you cannot provide these documents/proofs within 7 days, you should consult an immigration lawyer or consultant who can provide you best advice.
2. Write the remaining history on the word document. On the top, write your name, UCI#, Form Number, and Page # as well as sign on the bottom. Attach these word document to your original printed and signed form. Then you can upload it. IRCC won't provide you with more slots to upload. You have to combine the documents if the space provided in the form is not sufficient for you.
HI Jacob,

I have a similar issue. I just received the request and intend on submitting ASAP.

In my case, my sister (a PR) and other family have an address in NL, my new province. (Another sister lives in AB but isn't a PR). Would it be a good idea to get a letter from my sister, perhaps with an attachment showing proof of address, saying that she expects me to move in imminently for the foreseeable future?

You cannot do anything, Just wait for them to process your criminality. You are almost there so just hang tight. :)

You can give biometrics in the US as well. [Source: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=706&top=19]. IRCC gives you 30 days to submit your biometrics. Biometrics is usually required for processing info sharing and criminality. The timeline depends upon which stages are left in processing your file. For some people, criminality is the last stage. It can be possible in your case as well.

You must provide as many proofs as possible to satisfy the officer that you will move out of Quebec. Yes, it can be included but it isn't strong evidence. Strong proofs include jobs in any other province, driving licenses of another province, and rent agreement. Someone in this group also prepared an affidavit ( legal document) that he will move out of Quebec as soon as he gets PR. IRCC officer accepted this as proof and send him the portal request. As every officer is different, you need to take this request seriously as it is one of the eligibility criteria Please take legal advice from any immigration lawyer if required.
