Medical updated 11th july 2022
After that no action
Now just waiting for the next update

It's 12 weeks for SP outside Canada. So its the same.

The fact that you're getting regular updates is a good sign in itself. Whether that affects your processing time is something I'm not sure of. Just be patient and hope for the best.
