PR card takes 3 months on average. Ours took 5 months.
Yes, if they finish your background checks quickly and there is no shortage of officers to sign final review. Not to scare you but August is also prime time for vacations. I would not book any trips until you clear this last hurdle.

Is the date of your decision later than the most recent case posted? The link above contains JRs for IRB as well, not just HC.

Sawzagy try search by your name and case number sorry for your JR dismissed I remember we are talked when our RAD in progress but I did not apply for jr because chances is low to win but I hope our H&C approved
