@Katayoon - do we need to book an appointment at CBSA office before we go to collect our Passports? Or we can just go without appointment?

We went without appointment but our CBSA agent was not on site that day. So we emailed agent and then he gave us appointment. You can email your agent, if you have the email.

How about the ECAS would be any changes if I received AIP?

AIP does not show up anywhere except GCMS notes, but it takes over a month to get it. Check your emails regularly.

When medical receive does it show on ecas?

Sometimes less than 10 days , sometime take 2 weeks , sometimes one month , my medical receive less than 10 days ecas

If you call the call center, agents can see whether your medicals were approved. ECAS can take a few weeks.

8:30 and 1:30 worked. The peak calls are at the start of morning and around lunch time.
