Sometimes if you had created portal by your own then you won’t get the request I think. Check through signing in & get bank to us

Check your Junk/Spam folder as well. A few people have had IRCC emails go to Spam even though they previously received other notices in their regular email. Check your account, regular email & spam folder daily. If you're up for the challenge of trying to call into the IRCC call centre, I would do that too. It sounds like you are very close to ECOPR. Depending on the officer. There are many people taking vacation during summer time. I don't know how long it's going to take for you to get the portal email. There's no estimated time for this process. I have seen people getting CoPR in one or two days after portal confirmation, but I also have seen people waiting for their CoPR for weeks for some reason.
Just be patient. You'll get there eventually.

I haven.t get any update since april 12 , Applied on 6 june
AOR- 16 FEB
Biometric - 17 Feb
ADR - PCC 17 FEb
Medical - 21 FEb
ADR in review - 12 April

After that no update,,, Anyone who got AOR around this date and been Approved for PR ? Please let me know guys.... I tried to call IRCC but never get succeed.

My AOR on Feb 15. No update since then.
Medical passed: 20 April and ADR for my spouse documents.
I didn't gave my biometrics yet. I wonder why IRCC don't send me BIL? I heard criminality cannot be processed without Biometrics. Is that Correct?

Sometimes, they process your application in different order compared to the normal order. As I have seen people passed all other stages before officer request biometrics for criminality. So, there is nothing to worry about.
