Low Grades In 12th

Hey people, I actually have completed my 12th here in India with overall percentage of 58.61% but in Maths-45, physics -47, chemistry -52, English -72 with this scores i wasnt accepted in best colleges however conestoga college accepted me for computer engineering technology program my agent had warned me to choose a university and to choose bachelor's of science (general entry) course for 100% visa but i proceeded with conestoga and i got Refusal the reason is wont leave canada but now i want to relodge my file and now i have listened to my agent and got offer from Thompson Rivers University in Bachelor's Of general science so please tell me what are the visa ratio now and would i be able to obtain it i am very confused and Frustrated any help would be appreciated

Did you apply for the GCMS notes for the first refusal?

Nope haven't applied but why i know readon its low academics so now i am choosing uni and a general course
