I've just received my CSQ in the mail!
Already uploaded to IRCC via the GCKEY portal, I also got to know that my VO is Mississauga (it says in the CSQ).

IRCC does not ask for confirmation of receipt the CSQ
How long to wait for a decision from MIFI?

for me, it was CANADA POST, and the delivery guy simply left the CSQ letter inside my mailbox, I actually watched him doing it from my window LOL
