I am not in the same boat, but I have got a query. I also got married recently. When I raised a web form, I got the following response:
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
We verified the information you provided and can confirm that it is not necessary to provide additional documentation if you do not currently have an application in process with IRCC.
Since a final decision was already made on your application, the information you provided will not be added to your file.
If applicable, we invite you to include this information when you submit a new application.
We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.
My question is: Can I still submit my spouse's documents? If yes, how can I do it?
I'm exactly in the same boat as you @vnyaraju.
Still no update, but I'm expecting the gcms notes sometime in July.
You can see the essential details about my applicaiton in my signature
I'll surely do so.
But it's been almost 3 years man.... I'm soooo tired of this.
To be honest I don't even know if we gonna receive any update this year.
Meanwhile, I've got a CoPR which I have no idea if it's valid or not. IRCC doesn't reply to my webforms, it's all a big pile of bullcrap :/

You have received as well your physical CoPR? Any idea if that's still valid? I asked IRCC about this, but I haven't received a satisfying answer so far..
In my case, I married my partner whom they've known and assessed since the beginning of the application. So it would make some sense the CoPR I have is still valid. (The only difference now, is that I'm married, not in a common-law anymore, and my wife took my last name - and on the Copr it states that I'm in a common-law, and my partner is listed with her maiden name).

Yes I have my physical COPR. In my case, I think it would not be valid. My partner was not in my original application, and my personal details in the COPR shows me as Single. So my understanding is that I would need to be reissued a new COPR.

Then, you're correct ye. Hopefully, our applications get concluded this year, so done with this tbh. I keep saying if I knew how long this would take.. I wouldn't have applied most likely.
