Looks like IRCC is just starting with February applicants. Processing time will drastically go down (at least to standard processing time) in the coming weeks.
Let's hope they don't forget about the ones that applied in January and are still waiting.

Hi everyone, my spouses PGWP was approved.
Applied January 29th
Eligibility update July 11th
Approved July 11th
2.5 year PGWP (passport expires)
2 year degree completed.
Once the PGWP is received, I will upload via Webform to my Spousal Open Work Permit application (applied March 23rd which included paystubs and letter of employment)
Hopefully they will accept as I needed to apply this way to keep my implied status, as immigration are taking so long to approve PGWPs.
