Can ICT visa holders study in Canada on work permit?

I'm an ICT visa holder and would be working for the next two years. If we look at the current CRS score, it has crossed 500 and a bit difficult to match it. One of the options I see is to study in Canada which will eventually add some points.

Can we study while working on closed ICT work permit in Canada? Also is there any other relevant option?

No. You need to switch to a study permit if you want to study.
