We also did upfront medical but our medicals have not cleared. And no update whatsoever. When we applied processing time was 126 days and then it increased to 147 days. now for the past two weeks, it is decreasing by 1 day. 147-146 and currently at 145.

Do you think raising webforms may have any negative impacts?

We have raised two thus far and received general responses for both.
First said -
Please be advised that your application has been received and is currently under review. We are unable to confirm, at this time, when a final decision will be made on your application.

Second was even more general -
Thank you for your e-mail. Please be advised that your enquiry has been received by the Migration Section, Client Service Unit, in India.

Did you request GCMS notes?

Immigration doesn't bother replying to webform requests for updates.
The only 2 ways are through MP or requesting GCMS notes.
Your MP should get you an update based on your original processing time.

We only requested for GCMS notes on 21 June 2022. So we still have couple of weeks or more till we hear back.
We applied for Super Visa on 6 April 2022. Thus, looking at the original processing time of around 126 days, that should be around August 10.

Has your processing time passed? You mentioned you applied in Feb. 2022.

finally your medical has passed. That is something. Now it should not be that long. My MP is not even helping me and said he is not allowed to make request unless the processing time has passed. ;(

Your MP is saying Correct . without processing time passed , you can't go via MP route

We want our parents here by August 30.
The processing time will be over by August 10.
And a week or two for stamping. this is only if everything goes on track.

But MP'Ss can react to IRCC only once mentioned Processing days passed

When was your application submitted?
If MP is not helping, you can get GCMS notes. That sometimes triggers faster processing.
