I have to agree with you mr.preetsingh.
Also, I have read correctly somewhere, in gazette I think, that if they already reached the quota for a specific year, then regardless those applications is approved or not, it will still be counted in the quota.

They re-open if some applications were returned and if the year is still young.

2021 may 13 _ temporary application number, and UCI number.
2021 november 09 - PAOR and then linked on GCKey account
2022 march 25 - request for IMM4664, criminal, aditional documents, BIO and MEDICAL
2022 april 20 - all request done.
