Thanks for this ; why is it that the email was not sent to the lawyer? Just got of the phone and they are saying it must be a mistake or something along those lines. Because she even called and they said they'll get back to her.

in the email said, that all the factors were reconsidered but the officer said is not sufficient that's why it got refused. is their a way we could reapply?
