I called and they said my FV documents are updated on my file. But it is still not in process.

Just keep praying and keep faith. Last week this time I was checking my email like crazy and saying God what’s happening. So just pray. When the email came in I was choked and kept looking at it. Even now preparing my documents I keep looking and saying God. Thank you. Am almost at the finish line.

Ok guys I got a major major Issue / Decision.

1. APPLICATION RECEIVED - APRIL 2021
2. CORRENSPONDECE MAY 18 2921
3. PROCESSING JUNE 9 2021
4. We sent you correspondence on June 20,2022, about the decision on your application.

I used a good lawyer and after checking the status today, I see the above. I call my lawyer and they say havent received any letter, email, or call. They ask me to check my post box and I Cannot see anything. Now that my nerves are running on overdrive, I call the call center and wait 2 hours and finally get to speak to an agent who confirms that the email was sent to the lawyer, I try to convince them to tell me what was the decision or if they can forward the email to me... I get an astounding No .. your lawyer will be able to provide you with the update.

This seems bad in my stomach ..really bad

My background and why HNC

I came to Canada in 2009 ish for studies, went to school, and dropped out later to start a business that was booming, I got married, and we filled for Sponsorship. During the marriage, big issues arose -2016sh and she withdrew the sponsorship which was in its final stages - Got stuck, stressed, lost the business because I fell sick and depressed the Value almost a million dollars gone. The divorce took 3 years and another 250k to finalize _. Basically I got left for dead out here.~ I don't have close family back home bla blah bla lots of issues after going from a millionaire to broke in 3 years.

That's a short background for all of you who are curious.

So ill update all of you as soon as I can.

Yes...
So probably its a refusal.
You must contact vancouverbro@cic.gc.ca.
Ask them for refusal notes.
You will receive it after around 24h, you will have three options. reconsideration with more proofs and evidences based on the refusal arguments, or JR but it will take a long time and you must have a lawyer to apply for it, or another H&C application with better arguments...
Stay positive... you may have lost this battle but of course not the war.
Be sure, you will receive good news soon.. be strong and and have faith,
