May be you can contact Passport centre.. or try taking a new appointment for PCC.

I have three questions to ask on this:


1. Should I contact Regional Passport office or Passport Seva Kendra(the one through which I applied)?

2. If I apply for a new PCC, will this remark still reflect if they even pass?

3. Can I even apply while my current status is still under review with adverse report comment?

My consultant said that i am not supposed to sign/fill anything in my "native language space" in schedule A because it is only for people whose passports are not in english. Is it true? I am still insisting that we sign since that's what i have heard from people. What to do now.

I don't think your consultant has enough knowledge about this. Because i guess everyone's passport might be in English.
You do need to fill your name in native language.

@legalfalcon - Need your help - I got RPRF request letter today. I have paid it today itself. I have already submitted upfront medical, PCC and schedule A. Medical got reflected in April 2022.
What is the next step? How long for PPR? Thanks in advance.

@legalfalcon - Please, can you advise the timeline for PPR after RPRF payment acknowledgment? I have already submitted upfront medical which got updated on my profile. Also gave upfront PCC and Schedule A forms for myself and the secondary applicant. I got the RPRF request letter on 9th june and the payment acknowledgment the very next day. Please advise timeline for PPR.

You can travel. But if u get the ADR, then you will have to manage it somehow. Like PCC

I did not get any updates so far. I don't know why its late for some of us while March AORs are receiving ADRs. Anyway, I am planning to request gcms notes.

There is no sequence based on AOR date in which ADRs are sent. My AOR is March 2,2021. I saw many people with AOR in late March who received ADRs before me. I received ADR last week only for remedical. So I think you should get it soon. It also depends on the visa office. I would recommend not to go for GCMS notes now, as you might get an update before you receive them

Guys,

I believe my PCC will be delayed due to "Adverse Report" comment. Can anyone please guide me how to ask for additional days from IRCC and when is the right time to make this request?

Also, how can I make this request for extension of days?

Please help someone.
