Thank you very much @scylla my friend just got provincial nomination with the job offer he bought. But I doubt after going through the process will he fall into trouble from authorities. Is it illegal to buy job offer letters
He may very well find he has a refusal and a 5 year ban from Canada by the time they fully process his application.

Hi all,
I have a question regarding COPR for dependent child. My sister in law got her COPR, but she has not got COPR for her dependent child. Is this normal?? IRCC is not answering her query raised through Webforms. She is confused whether to bring her child without COPR for PR landing . Dependent Child is a US citizen. When I got PR back in 2015, We got seperate COPR for my son. Please let me know any of you had same issue. Thanks

Hi everyone! I already have a GCKey when I was applying for a tourist visa. Now I'm applying for the FSW program, do I need to create another account, or I can use the existing one (the one I used for a tourist visa)? Thank you for your help.

Hey all, I submitted my EE profile in Novermber 2021, and it's been on 'Submitted' since then. What should I do since my work visa runs out in August 2022? This is my first time dealing with all of this and I wasn't expecting this much of a delay :(

Hello,

We have been waiting for PR approval since June 2020. Have been on SS since September 2020. No movement so far. We are thinking of a writ of mandamus. Does anyone have any experience? Could you suggest a relevant agency/lawyer (preferably a tried one), who can help with that?
Will appreciate any assistance.

Thanks!

If the child was part of the application, then will definitely get COPR. I hope the dependent is under 22 years of age.

Hi everyone,
I have one concern on eligibility of 67 points/Adaptability:
- I finished 2 separate 1 year /full time program in same college--> is it eligible to earn 5 points for Adaptability/spouse 's study in Canada?. I got PGWP 3 years after I combined into 2 years of studying in Canada.

on website, it shows at least 2 academic years of full time study (in a program at least 2 years long) as below--> it makes me so confusing for that .

Hope to receive everyone's sharing about this.

Thanks.
/////////////////////
Your spouse or partner’s past studies in Canada
Your spouse or common-law partner completed at least 2 academic years of full-time study (in a program at least 2 years long) at a secondary or post-secondary school in Canada.

Full-time study means at least 15 hours of classes per week, and your spouse or partner must have stayed in good academic standing (as set out by the school) during that time.
Yes, eligible.

Hi every one,
I have almost 10 years of full time work experience (foreign) on 2 different NOC cods,
but one of them is related to type A, and the other is covered by type B.

Type A: experience 3 years that started about ten years ago,
Type B: around 7 years (ongoing)

For the CRS calculator, which experience I should mention?

Thanks in advance
You can use both. Better use the job which is ongoing as getting documents is easy while filing application.

PNP chance is low and depends on whether the province selects your NOC and score. Look at Alberta and Saskatchewan.
