How did you know this information ? because i also applied mars 21 and i did not receive anything ! maybe i also have the same problem

Normally an email with receipt of paid fee and tracking number is generated automatically. I did not receive this email. Second time I received confirmation email.

Yes you can do both , but if you do judicial review officer may hold your reconsideration, By law the officer is obliged to give you answer if you send a reconsideration request. If your judicial review is negative the officer won’t do reconsideration. So officer sometime can hold your reconsideration until judicial review .

Not yet but I filed JR and receive notice of decision and is based on insufficient evidence ..so I’m thinking of putting in for reconsideration

Hello @temmy-27 to my own best knowledge the reconsideration should have been sent first and wait for response and if the officer failed to give a favorable response then JR or fresh H&C. Am so surprised that your JR was so so fast. You might need to change lawyer ASAP.

We haven’t submitted an argument to the lawyer I didn’t receive a reason from the officer that’s why I didn’t do reconsideration first

You still can apply for reconsideration even if your case is in federal court .
