Guys is IRCC will still issue a RPCD even without eligibility interview ? Or everyone is mandatory to have interview at IRCC Office ? Thank you. Its for my nephew guys.

I keep seing this in my portal...HOME.STEPS.DOCUMENT_STATUSES. in my address part..It was initially approved but changed to that

They will send medical request next
there is no passport request for refugees who are in Canada, because the passport is with IRCC or CBSA
After your application is finalized you will get COPR and then you will receive PR card in the mail

For anyone is curious this is my timeline:

- Protected person status received March 2021.
- PR application sent Mar 2021
- Confirmation of application received at IRCC Apr 2021.
- request for additional documents Nov 2021.
- Documents resent Nov 2021.
- Reviewing the additional documents provided April 2022.
- Pre-Arrival Letter recived Jun 2022.
- Current Status: High Anxiety

NOTES:
I do not need a medical exam.
I do not need an interview.
They don't need my Biometrics.

they will take you medical again, hopefully not but some officers are requesting medical again. I hope they don’t in your application

No. I understand they require that only if you have been to the USA and stayed beyond 6 months. Generally, they will ask for police report of any country where you have been to and stayed more than 6 months.
