July 2020 - Citizenship application

My daughter did her test on November 12th 2021, all application steps has been been completed, we are waiting for her citizenship oath for the last 6 months. I don’t know what we do now.
We are planing to go to Europe with family but her citizenship has been stuck.
any advise….. thanks

Did you email the office using the address she received her test invite from? Just for perspective I am waiting one year since I passed my test and around 7 months since everything was set to completed and a decision was made.

Send a web form everyday, contact CTV news for help.
Some people have oath scheduled quick after contacting CTV for help last year.

Still in a better situation than me. Test completed in June 2021 and everything except test and background checks are still in progress

Yep...have a similar timeline....test done in Dec 2021...waiting for oath. Ghost update on Feb 7..ecasshows Decision Made...Hang in there, going to be a good summer!

Why did I apply in Ottawa..

Great question. I passed my test over a year ago there, got a DM 8 months ago. Had massive effects on my work and travel plans etc. Just really shocking isn't it?
