Please,what the reason,it was return back to you?

I needed to send a second ID for kids application. I had only sent their passport and PR card. The PR card can only be used if their second ID was issued by Canada so I sent it back with their health cards.

Background complete - Jun 10th... I am not able to access my daughter application in new portal so only updating the status of my wife application.

Has anyone faced any issues in finding their application on ECAS "https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do" after getting an AOR and entering all fields correctly? I have been able to register and check on the "Citizenship status tracker" but not on "ECAS". It's been some time since I got AOR and the application is in progress, so I believe I should be able to check my application on ECAS as well.

This means they started to review, you will get biometric completed within a week as that is what happened in our case.

Had sent an additional file to IRCC just as clarification as I had made a minor mistake on my application. Got an email from an agent today (been about 1.5 months nearly since I sent the file) that the file will be added to my account in the next 2 business days.
