RC is not the agent. It's the responsibility center (processing office). RC-5414 is Whitehorse. I couldn't find RC-5114.

My file was transferred to WH in the first week of April. But the assigned office is still RC - 6262 for eligibility and security which is CIO.
Hi everyone,
I received a GU last week Wednesday- when I called IRCC they informed me its because my eligibility had passed and my secondary VO was also updated.
I received a second GU yesterday with my medicals changing to " you do not need a medical exam" Anyone know what the next step is?
What is your AOR date?
I submitted the new one (Visited on May 19 2021). My CBSA notes mentioned that my medical results are valid until June 3 2022. My status also changed from passed to do not need on June 3.
Also, assignment due date for my file on CBSA notes is June 3 2022.
The same happened with me today.
Hi all,
I have applied for the OWP in the start of May and that time these all steps which shall be followed for OWPE were not mentioned, shall i be re-applying for it or wait till results come-up

It's the processing office, this is where your file is getting reviewed by the officer.
All TR2PR files are processed in Whitehorse so that's why everyone is experiencing delay.
your file is atleast processing. My officer took those "hard" drugs before the passing of BC bill & is sleeping since last year
My officer is on vacation in Hawaii lol

Hey we share same timeline even i got bil on 22st feb
It's good for those who have dependent(s) outside of Canada, but I don't know if it's any good for single applicants, especially those who have already applied for the extension until end of 2022. It doesn't make sense to me to keep extending the work permit (and paying more money to them) just for them to process the files when most of the files are already almost complete (some exceptions for sure).
I suppose nothing has made sense since 2020.
Exactly even im.thinking same hmmm..but dont worry in ir case u will get pr soon
Yeah sure, you can apply for it now and then extend it in the future.
Amir are u applying for new owp..i guese ur spouse too lives outside?

Yeah, I will. I've sent my passport to the embassy for renewal and I'm waiting to get it next week. Then I'll apply.
