Could you please explain to me what PAL, first portal and 2nd portal mean? Many thanks! Congratulations again, your pathway to PR is very fast and successful!
PAL = Pré Arrival Letter. Once they confirm your eligibility, they send this letter to help immigrants on settlement.
1st and 2nd Portal are pre-COPR messages for you to confirm whether you're or not in Canada and to provide you access to CoPR portal (if you already don't have one).
Once you provide your PR Card photos, the send you the expected CoPR confirmation
It is more or less like this... let's see if someone else provides more details....
Hey guys, I've submitted an application on the online portal last year in July. For those who received AOR, do you receive anything by mail or just an email?
I will be moving on July 1 and want to make sure I don't miss anything important by mail. Do I need to update my address by contacting them? Thanks in advance.

I think you made a typo here. Looking back at the thread, it seems as if you applied Apil 2021 not 2022. Most people probably thought you got through within a few months after applying online.
Hello everyone,
Is there anyone here who received the AOR and BIO request, and then the process got stuck? Most of you guys received the Medical test request just a few days after getting the AOR/BIO...
Thanks

Hi, I just got AOR from applying inland non-EE PNP after 5 months, timeline below.
I also have EE profile in a pool that is promising to be picked under CEC program next round (my CRS is 524), the question is if I got ITA under CEC, should I accept or reject it? Which one process faster now between online PNP at AOR stage and CEC at ITA stage?
My timeline: (OINP job offer: foreign skill worker)
AR: Mar 11 2022
AOR: Aug 18 2022
ADR: Aug 18 2022 (asking for spouse's police certificate)

I'd apply for both and pay both fees. Who cares if you pay double the fees if you get PR faster, and just in case something happens to your job for your PNP application you're covered. I'd accept the ITA from CEC and apply at the last minute in case any further progress is made on your PNP application. Who knows how long it will take. And if one gets finalized, they'll cancel and refund the other one depending on the stage of processing.
