Hi everyone! my portal items all show completed now after a long wait, except for the citizenship ceremony, which is in progress. I noticed this almost 2 weeks ago, and although I see a ceremony date on the portal for next week, I still haven’t received the email with details / time / URL.
does anyone know when one usually receives that? I’m wondering if I should contact them now, or wait only until 2-3 days before the date shown in the portal?

I didn’t get email for my test invitation, I called and found out they did sent the email but somehow I never get it , probably there was a glitch and whatnot. Have you checked all spam&junk mail ?
Please don’t wait until 2-3 days before the date. Call sooner at least a week before, like FutureImmi said. It’s not an easy thing to talk with an agent. It took me 3 days to be able to talk with actual person ! I kept get answering machine that dragged me around and in the end ask me to check the website. If you end up need to call them, call them first thing in the morning when they open at 8 am (even then I still get the line “all of our agents are busy “ ) but based on my experience the probability to talk with an agent is higher in the morning.

It’s 1-888-242-2100 . Workday From 8 am to 4 pm , local time . Prepare to wait. I tried for days and for hours and I waited about 15-30 minutes when I was (finally!!!!) in the waiting line queue
Get your UCl ready ( it’s off the record but at one point I was just so tired to call over and over without success , so I randomly selected the option. I chose I don’t have my UCI even though my UCI is engraved in my memory at this point. And that particular call got me talk with an agent. My advice is : do what you gotta do to talk with an agent!)

I got asked at the same time I took my test. Only thing completed for me is my test.
I did my test on April 30th. So now the waiting game again.
