Hi guys for those who recently got medical requests and went for it. How long after the medical do you get results and/or an update in application status. March 2021 applicant. I just received medical request and I’ll be doing it this week.

for myself it took ircc 1 week to process medical results and outside Canada family still they have not processed medical

i called IRCC they said processing medical can take upto 3 months

Oh why from passed medical after a week you got your portal invitation? My spouse hasn’t received the medical requ

we are in a pilot program both applications gets processed together and in Canada

For me The doctor sumbted it on 16 May and showed on my CIC acount on 27 May that it is accepted.

I got the passed medical message on May 27. Nothing after that. Based on other people's posts, I think I will be getting pre-arrival and then portal invitation. Medical postponed all applicants' applications finalization around 2 months.

Medical exam BC cost. Dr fee $260
X-ray ~$70
Blood work ~$60
$260 for blood pressure and weight measurements and documentation is a lot

My timeline

1. We received your application for permanent residence on July 15, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on January 21, 2022
3. I am worry since there know update since january. I called IRCC and i was told it has been assigned to officer. I don't know how long to wait for update...
4. Please, if you are you july, 2021 applicant mississuaga processing office.. kindly post your update here

For me took 1 day after the doctor sent the reports. May 27, I got "you passed medical exam". Nothing after that. Some people received pre-arrival after medical passed very shortly.
