I received my AOR Friday 11:00 PM. I am not able to login to the tracker using the UCI and the application number provided by CIC. Is this delay normal ?

Yes you can. You can also give the test outside of Canada. But you neeed to be physically present in Canada for the Oath ceremony.

Kinda annoying that they are prioritizing paper applications so quickly... There are people from Sept/Oct/Nov Last year that are STILL waiting for background checks or a test invite and then you see posts like this where everything is processed in like 6 months.... It just doesn't make any sense.

I totally understand your pain. But i guess they still have a process problem with the online application. if i was thinking straight i would have submitted paper, as the online is still very very new. Most people don't like change!!!! Especially work place change

It feels like BS that as a single person I was told to apply online and now I'm at the end of the queue it seems. So much for that thought. At this rate it looks like I might as well renew my PR....
