Today! May 23 Medical passed on gckey account.
I submitted Online PR application on Sep 2021 , after that Just only got a status change mail but nothing changed on my application status in PR portal. So i called IRCC on their automation phone system +18882422100 and followed the instruction .
Here is my application status:
" If we needed more information from you or a Final decision has been made , we will contact you .
we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirement .

You’re almost there. You should have your passport pictures ready for the final processes. Checking your GCKey account daily is recommended. Congratulations in advance.

You’re in your house and IRCC is working on your application.
You have to check the eCAS-Client Application Status to know if the processing of your application has started. If it has, you may have to try linking your application to your GCKey account to enable you monitor progress and respond to their requests if any. I hope you added your wife and overseas dependents in your application. It’s a long journey but I hope yours will be short.

it is not normal, but it has taken more than 1 day for some people. Some people take one month while others just few hours to 1 day. Again don't worry about it you will get it soon

There’s no definite time to expect COPR as it depends on many factors. If your processing started in December, I guess you submitted your application around May 2021. If so, it’s all good. Expect Pre-arrival, eligibility and medical (depending on when you arrived Canada) request in June. If other factors fall in place for you, you could get COPR around August.

Process started Jan 27th 2022. (on ECAS, haven't received an email)
Medical results have been received
Eligibility passed email May 10th
Pre-arrival May 11th
I checked my ECAS last week it showed Processing
I checked on May 11th, it shows Decision Made.
I still can't link my application on GCkey
I haven't received anything regarding doing other medical exam

Anyone's ECAS showing Decision Made, and didn't receive email from immigration regarding a decision?
Congratulations! I believe the medical you submitted to them is still within 3 years. That’s why they didn’t ask for another medical. When did you do your medical?
There are no defined steps in this process. Everything depends on some factors including who your case officer is. If you have gotten pre-arrival and eligibility letters, it could be portal invitation next if you have passed background and security checks. I hope it’s portal invitation for you.
