Most people get it in 11-15 months, some more some less. I don't think I've seen anyone with an AOR <8 months for those who applied since 2021.

AR- 06 May 2021 (BC PNP Inland)
AOR- 01 March 2022
ADR- 03 March 2022 - PCC
Biometrics Request- 01 March 2022
Medical Passed - 15 March 2022
Biometrics Submitted- 16 March 2022
ADR Submitted - April 8th - PCC

IRCC requested for RPRF payment and other documents. All submitted 3 weeks ago. Medicals passed two weeks ago. Still waiting

My AR is also from September 2021. I saw others from September in this forum and one case from November. Maybe we are not the majority, but we can see cases like that quite often in this space.

it took almost 11-12 months in my case after AR
